About the owner/designer, Courtney:

I have over 10 years of experience in the Service Industry. My experience ranges from bartending, managing a fine dining restaurant, to owning and running a hotel and vacation rental property. From these endeavors I have gained ease and comfort under pressure, a fine eye for detail, and great customer service.

I’m meticulously organized, creative, and book a limited number of events per year to ensure each event gets the attention it deserves. Those aspects and my love for design is what makes me invaluable to my clients. With your guidance, I will create an event that represents you, your partner, your relationship and future together.

Sunset Soirée’s services:

The Scoop – If it’s possible for you to come to Sayulita prior to your wedding I will help you scout out the perfect venue to hold your event. I will introduce you to the best caterers, florists, bakers, and photographers to name a few. You’ll get to know the vendors I trust and that will fit the style and budget of your wedding. You will be able to see first hand what Sayulita has to offer. If you cannot make it down before the big day, I will act as your eyes and ears, maintaining communication with you so you feel as comfortable as possible with the choices made in your absence.

Event Design – Through email, skype, talking on the phone, and Pinterest I will be able to understand your vision and bring it to life. With an eye for design and a knack for getting crafty, I’ll help you put together all design elements and visuals of the event: lighting, flowers, details and décor.

Budgeting – I will help determine an accurate and realistic budget based on your needs and wants. I will take control of scheduling deposits and vendor payments, and keeping you up to speed throughout the entire process.

Puppet Master – I will take care of the execution of your event and be here every step of the way. You are choosing a destination wedding to spend time with friends and family in a beautiful beach setting, not to set up the chairs on your wedding day.
