Conveniently located on the south end of Sayulita, Casa Aventura is a 5 total bedroom, 2 unit, secure and private villa and is less than a 7 minute walk to downtown and the beach. Its family oriented neighborhood boasts a jungle like setting, while maintaining an open yet private and natural feel.

Since purchasing in 2013, the house has undergone extensive renovations consisting of custom tile work, countertops, kitchens, appliances, bathrooms, new hot water tanks, Serta pillow top mattresses, furniture, AC units, linens, and swimming pool designed specifically with children in mind. The 3 tiered pool is perfect for cooling off on those hot Sayulita days, or just lounging around and soaking up some sun.

The main level includes 2 King size beds in both the master bedrooms, and a double and twin bed in the third. Each bedroom is equipped with private ensuite with large walk in showers, air conditioning and overhead fans. With gorgeous brick details and large doors that open into the courtyard, shared pool and kitchen area your Sayulita experience is designed to exceed your expectations. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a BBQ, full size gas oven and stove, full size refrigerator, concrete counter tops and all the necessary kitchen gadgets to make family dinners a breeze. The large family dining table comfortably seats 8 people and leads to the outdoor seating area.

Only rented with the 3 bedroom main floor unit, the optional 4th bedroom contains a queen bed, ensuite bathroom, overhead fans, AC and living room area. It is accessed through a private staircase located in the kitchen/dining area on the main floor.

Our 2nd floor, 1 bedroom unit has a spacious and bright kitchen and dining area, bathroom and sitting area.The comfortable bedroom has a queen size bed, AC, overhead fan, and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. Just off the bedroom is a huge deck, with your outdoor eating space, living area and sun chairs to relax the day away on, or watch the stars at night. Located between the kitchen and bedroom, a quaint nook awaits you for your morning coffee, diving into a good book or just listening to the sounds of Sayulita.

With several rental options, ease of access to the house, and easy walk, the house is ideal for an individual traveler, large multi-generational families or wedding groups.

A $300, refundable upon check-out, security/damage deposit is required to book Casa Aventura.
