Watch the sunset from your rooftop patio as you sip on a refreshing beverage or take in the sunrise over a fresh cup of local coffee. With sweeping mountain jungle views from the rooftop of Casa Barbon, you can enjoy both the amazing sunrises and sunsets of Sayulita.

Casa Barbon consists of 3 separate casitas. Each unit includes a queen bed + day bed/lounge area, kitchenette, private bath, A/C , ceiling fan, internet and personal safe. There is a shared rooftop patio with kitchen.

The space

Casa Barbon is a brand new vacation home built with quality materials in a Mexican style. The atrium’s stunning hanging glass lamp, open red brick tiles and foliage meld together to create a welcoming greeting as you enter Casa Barbon. Carefully curated fixtures and decor purchased locally as well as from Guadalajara create beautiful spaces throughout the property.

The Casitas were designed to provide privacy and well appointed spaces creating a comfortable, relaxing vacation home for our guests. The units can be rented separately or in combination: Casa Barbon

Guest access

Guests have access to a shared rooftop patio with kitchen. There is also an outdoor shower in the Atrium which is great for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

Interaction with guests

We are accessible onsite and will always respond as quickly as possible.

Other things to note

Please let us know if you would like a pick up/drop off from the Sayulita Bus Station. We ask for a 48 hr minimum heads up to arrange for your pick up/drop off.

Please note that the Internet WIFI only works in some areas throughout Casa Barbon at the moment. We have exceptional wifi service with Sayulita Wifi however we are currently waiting to have the signal boosted throughout the property.

Damage Deposit: We will require a credit card number upon check in. Guest understands that they may be charged for damage to the rooms or property or additional cleaning required beyond the standard checkout cleaning. We will charge a $10 US fee for any lost/stolen towels. Guest’s card will not be charged a damage fee unless required post check out due to the above conditions.  There is no prepayment of damage deposit needed.

Cancellation Policy: 100% of deposit if cancelled 30 days prior to the Check-in Date. 50% of total rate if cancelled 7 days prior to the Check-in Date. Inside 7 days the full fee will be forfeited.

Payment Terms: 100% payment is required for 3 night rental periods in order to secure the reservation. For rentals of 1 week or more, a deposit of 50% is due immediately to secure the reservation.  Payment of the remaining 50% is due two weeks prior to Check-In.
