With 360 degree views of the Pacific ocean and the lush Sierrra Madre foothills, Casa Dos Chicos’ three thousand square foot, four bedroom, four bathroom design comfortably accommodates your ten person group.

A tree top jacuzzi and sitting area for entertaining, games and drinks is stylistically linked by a walkway with bamboo style railing to a kitchen and dining area. Each section covered with Mexican-style, palapas. It is the perfect spot for sunset and ocean views and experiencing our bohemian gem.

RENT INDIVIDUALLY OR FOR YOUR LARGE GROUP

Casa Dos Chicos is connected to sister properties Casa Saturno & Casita Mimas via locked gate (when rented individually). If you are coming to Sayulita for a special event and have a large group,  Casa Dos Chicos, Casa Saturno & Casita Mimas can accommodate up to 24 total guests! It is perfect for family get togethers, wedding parties, and any other special event.

When not rented by large groups, Casa Dos Chicos is individually rented and gated from the other properties.

THE CASA
Casa Dos Chicos is a vacation villa with four bedrooms, four bathrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room all overlooking a lush garden and heated pool. It is composed of two, 3 story structures, each with two 1 bedroom suites that feature a bathroom with shower, king size bed, indoor and outdoor sitting areas, safe, fan, dressers, and closet. At the tree tops is an open air living room with jacuzzi, open air kitchen and dining room linked by a railed, bridge high above the garden.

POOL & GARDEN
The two three story structures are set in a secure, walled and dense garden that features a mosaic tiled heated pool, a deck composed of inlaid stones in a style typical of the local Sayulita craftsmanship, an outdoor shower, and a fountain.

KITCHEN & DINING
The shared living space of the casa includes two large outdoor rooms covered by palapa covered roofs, linked by a bridge three stories up. A fully stocked kitchen for dinners in the house includes a water filtration system, two refrigerators, dishwasher, BBQ, coffee maker, microwave, and large table for ten with an island counter and stools.

LIVING SPACE
Casa Dos Chicos is perfecto for entertaining friends and family with its open design living room area, providing gentle breezes, beautiful views of the ocean, our town and glorious sunsets. Take a dip in the jacuzzi, a snooze in the hammock, or have a drink with friends and family in the large sofa and lounge chairs.

BEDROOM SUITE 1
This first floor bedroom faces the pool and garden, has ample indoor and outdoor seating and has a king sized bed, a twin sized bed, bathroom with shower, fan, safe, closet, and dresser.

BEDROOM SUITE 2
With amazing views of the Pacific ocean, the garden and located on the second floor, the second bedroom suite has indoor and outdoor seating, king sized bed, bathroom with shower, fan, safe, closet, and dresser.

BEDROOM SUITE 3
The large first floor bedroom is tucked into the garden has its own patio next to the fountain. It has a king sized bed, bathroom with shower, ample seating, fan, safe, closet, and dresser.

BEDROOM SUITE 4
On the second floor with views of garden, town, and valley, this room has a king sized bed and a twin bed, bathroom with shower, fan, safe, closet, and dresser. It also has indoor and outdoor seating for reading or relaxing.
