Casa Ilusion

Casa Ilusión in Sayulita is a unique, beachfront private home located on three-quarters of an acre over 100 palm trees, and 110 feet of beachfront. Completely remodeled, adding a large heated pool, it is the only beachfront home (not condo) ideally located on the north side in the middle of the beach. It is perfectly situated to be accessible to all the town, yet is far enough north of the river to be out of earshot of the festivities in the town center. Guests need not rent a car. Upon entering Casa Ilusión, guests will see through the house across the pool and patio to the beautifully landscaped grounds and to the ocean beyond. Relax on the couch under the beach-side palapa, or snooze in a hammock by the ocean under a palm tree with the cool ocean breeze and the sounds of the waves just steps away. Carry your surfboard 200 meters up the beach to the main break, or walk up the beach to dinner. This house is configured ideally for 4 adult couples in master bedroom suites with full bath and king size beds. In all, there is 4,000 square feet of living space.

In addition to the house comfortably sleeping six people in master suites, there is a beautiful palapa-style Casita just steps from the ocean that comfortably sleeps two. The Casita is a real “Honeymoon Casita” with full bath. Each spacious, air conditioned bedroom offers the highest level of comfort with high end luxury bedding, king size beds, walk-in closets and full baths. The large living-dining room area features wide built-in couches looking out onto the large stone patio surrounding a large heated pool. The home is equipped with all of the amenities one expects in the best hotels; separate TV room with A/C, flat screen HD TV, DVD & satellite cable; high-speed Wi-Fi connection is accessible throughout the house and the grounds, with a strong signal extending all the way to water’s edge.

Casa Ilusión has its own private beach covered with palm trees which sits atop a five foot seawall, so you can either lie in the sun at water’s edge on the wide public beach, or find some shade to take a nap in a hammock on your own private beach.

This feature is also unique to Casa Ilusión. Daily maid service is included six days per week (not Sunday). Chef and masseuse are available upon request.

*We do not host weddings or events of any size at Casa Ilusion. This is due to a delicate and environmentally friendly septic system. Casa Ilusion is not equipped to handle large groups. This property is ideal for 2 families or 4 couples.
