Casa Montana

Casa Montaña is a sunny, new home on a quiet cobblestone cul-de-sac. With no steep hills to climb, this Sayulita gem is an easy ten minute walk to the beach. The first floor, open designed plan, features a kitchen with all the amenities and a full bathroom. A pergola covered patio at the front entrance and a walled backyard with beautiful Mexican brick patio and saltwater pool is the perfect spot to lounge the day away. The casa’s many outdoor spots and large yard makes entertaining and family time ideal.

Located at the top of the rock staircase are two air conditioned bedrooms with gorgeous mountain views. One bedroom includes a comfy king bed with patio and the second bedroom has two twins that can be converted to a king; with each bedrooms having ample closet space. Each bedroom has glass patio doors that lead to an upper tiled patio with palapa where you can take in jungle views and ocean breezes. The second floor also features a full bathroom with traditional, Mexican tile work and a private patio.

Casa Montaña has a private dipping pool and access to the shared swimming pool; used in conjunction with the four other homes in the cul-de-sac. Lovely attached kiddie pool is not hot, not cold, just perfecto. This is a great family home and small pets are welcome. Maid service is provided every other day, handyman and property management by Su Casa are included in our rental rate.
