Casa Sonrisa in Sayulita consists of two charming residences on the property which are rented together for a total of 3 bedrooms. The walk to town or the beach is 7-10 minutes depending on your stride, although there are shops and eateries beginning just around the corner from the base of our road leading the way to the square.   Each of the units feature commissioned art, beautiful high quality furnishings, full kitchens, hand forged hardware and first quality European and American fixtures throughout. You’ll have full access to the tiled pool with water feature, dining terrace, pool side dry bar with adjoining built in propane barbecue, sun terrace with lounge chairs, and outside shower. The bedding, sheets and towels are all above average to make your stay more enjoyable. The kitchens are fully appointed with high end pots and pans,nice dishes, cutlery and stainless for all the comforts of home. Each unit has a personal safe for extra security.

Each unit is completely independant with its own living, dining, kitchen and bath(s)  and are rented together to host up to 6 guests.

Casa Sonrisa’s Pool level (sleeps up to four), is located on the main or pool level and boasts TWO bedrooms, (one king and one queen) each bedroom has a private bath with large walk in shower, air conditioning, abundant storage. The fully equipped kitchen with on demand instant hot and ice cold filtered water, has everything you will need to complete a wonderful meal to eat at the breakfast bar or at one of the two outside dining tables. Casa Sonrisa has a dining table for four on the covered terrace and a dining table for two on the sun terrace. This unit comes with a stereo, CD player, DVD and TV for viewing movies, phone service for local or incoming long distance. (You will need to purchase a phone card in town to place out going long distance.)

Casa Sonrisa Palapa Penthouse, is a one bedroom open floor plan with incredible ocean views that boasts a soaring palapa roof, a wall of french doors that opens to a  large terraza to enjoy the breath taking ocean view.  This unit has been described as “very romantic.”

The Palapa Penthouse includes a king sized bed, private lockable storage for personal items, air conditioning, Beautiful fully appointed kitchen, with on demand instant hot and ice cold filtered water, full sized interior dining room with custom iron and stone table that seats six.
