Condo 504, Jungle Villa located in the Pajaro de Fuego complex, is 5 minutes walk to the beach and jungle hiking trails, 7 minutes walk to downtown for restaurants and stores. The unit is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families with kids seeking a tranquil, secure atmosphere.

The space
Condo 504 is peaceful unit surrounded by tropical jungle. It is 2 floors above the infinity pools. The unit has 2 spacious balconies with beautiful views of the jungle and ocean.

The master suite has a king-sized bed, ensuite bath, walk-in closet, cable TV and private balcony area. The guest room has 2 double beds, cable TV and bathroom shared with the kitchen.

Prepare your meals in the full-modern kitchen with flat-top electric stove, large stainless steel fridge and all new appliances. The unit features both indoor and outdoor dining areas, 1,700 square feet total. Amenities include air-conditioning, wifi internet, washing machine, and Italian marble floors and countertops throughout.

Interaction with guests
Onsite staff are available daily 9-5 to help with anything from activity and restaurant recommendations, to taxis, golf cart rentals and other services.

Other things to note
Our property is on a small hill or incline. There are 15 stairs or a ramp to reach the pool area. Condo 504 is two floors up from there. I recommend a golf cart or vehicle rental for families with young kids or elderly guests. There are also taxis to and from our location for 5 dollars.

30 days notice = 50% refund of reservation total
Less than 30 days notice = no refund but may apply payment to future available dates
