With over 6,000 square feet of spacious, luxury, Villa Painted Ponies is one of the finest locations Sayulita has to offer. It is available as a 3 or 4 bedroom vacation spot. Its tranquil location on the north side of Sayulita is just a short 3 minute walk to the beach and 8 minute stroll to town where you can enjoy the many restaurants, shops, and bars. Over a sprawling canopy of palm trees, the villa’s breathtaking view  offers a 180 degree view of the ocean and our stunning sunsets.

Internet access, your safety and health is important to us, so Painted Ponies includes high speed wifi, is fully gated with a security system, and the entire property has a water purification system.

Great Room: Adorned with custom made furnishing, beautiful artwork, and its large Mexican bar with built in wine and cerveza fridge, full size purified ice maker and dishwasher, the heart of the villa is Painted Ponies’ great room. Overlooking incredible ocean views and sunsets you and your family and will enjoy comfortable seating and dining for 10. After dinner, and a must in the winter month, enjoy our heated pool and jacuzzi.

Pool and Jacuzzi: Complete with pool noodles, ample luxurious lounge chairs and towels our pool and jacuzzi is the perfect spot for working on your tan, BBQing or drinking frosty margaritas. Painted Ponies private rooftop patio is a great spot to watch the sunrise or sunset.

Kitchen and BBQ: Located next to the pool the twin sub zero stainless steel fridges, a large built in gas BBQ, freezer, 2 Italian dishwashers and granite countertops make Painted Ponies’ kitchen a chef’s dream. For el fresco dining, a table is right there as well. Let us arrange a chef to cook for you during your Sayulita vacation. Breakfast is available for 150 pesos a person per day. If you just want to wake up to a hearty breakfast in paradise the housekeeper can make you an amazing meal.

Internet, TV, Entertainment Room: Our 46 inch satellite TV in our spacious air conditioned entertainment room is the perfect spot to relax after a day of shopping. Located in the bar, listen to your favorite tunes on our Bose Bluetooth sound system. Keep in touch with friends, family or catch up on work with our high speed Wifi throughout and local telephone.

Bedrooms: Sleep in air conditioned comfort and be lulled to sleep with the sound of distant crashing waves in any of our 4 bedroom during those hot Sayulita nights. 3 of our beds have king size beds one has 2 queens. Each of our spacious rooms include luxurious imported beddings, private patios, loads of closet storage, luggage racks and safes. Each are designed as very private master suites with large ensuite full bathrooms with striking granite and tile. One has a large soaker tub for 2 with separate shower.

Checking in and Checking Out: Our house manager will meet you at Painted Ponies on your arrival and walk you through the property so you won’t waste any holiday time figuring things out. Our team is available at anytime during your stay. Check in time is after 3pm and checkout is 11am.

Maximum Guests: Maximum occupancy is 9 guests, including children. Not suitable for children under 6 years.
