Condo 402 has 1,900 square feet total and a romantic vaulted palapa rooftop in the master suite. The unit is known for both it’s breathtaking views, and easy to reach location with elevator.

Enjoy luxury settings with Italian marble floors and countertops throughout, two spacious bathrooms, and a modern kitchen with all you need to prepare meals. Indoor and outdoor dining areas, and cozy sunchairs are included.

The master bedroom has one king bed and the guest bedroom has two king beds. In the living area is a cozy goose-down couch and an air-mattress to sleep children or additional guests.

The beach is just 5 minutes walk across the street in front of the property, and the town center is 20 minutes walking. Some of the best restaurants in town are only 5 to 10 minutes walking down the street.

Guest access
Pajaro de Fuego has the largest pools in Sayulita, garage parking, a small gym, tropical gardens surrounding the grounds, and roof garden look-out points with panoramic views. We are a secure complex with a doorman/security guard is on-site 24 hours.

Interaction with guests
Onsite staff are available daily 9-5 to help with anything from activity and restaurant recommendations, to taxis, golf cart rentals and other services.
Other things to note
The Pajaro de Fuego complex is on a short hill/incline. From there you will climb 15 stair steps or a ramp to reach our infinity pools where you will take the elevator to Gemelos de Sol, Condo 402.

90 days notice = 100% refund
30 days notice = 50% refund of reservation total
Less than 30 days notice = no refund but may apply payment to future available dates
