Penthouse 101 is a ground floor unit with an expansive private patio and beautiful ocean views. Hear the ocean waves and gentle breeze through the trees. The villa is only a minute walking to the sands of the beach and easy access to our infinity pools. Ideal for elderly guests and families with kids in our Pajaro de Fuego complex.

Penthouse 101 is a 3 bedroom, 2300 square foot luxury villa with a large outdoor patio with sun chairs and a grill looking out to the beach. Hear the sound of the waves, tropical birds and gentle breeze through the palms.

The villa is perfect for 2 couples with dual master suites with king-sized beds and a 3rd guest room with 2 twins.

Spacious modern living, dining and kitchen areas are perfect for a long-term stay. The kitchen has all you need to prepare meals – flat-top electric stove, and dishwasher.

Each bedroom has a private bathroom and walk-in closet. Air-conditioning, cable TV and high speed wireless internet are included. Garage parking is just one floor below and there is golf cart parking right beside the unit.

Interaction with guests
Onsite staff are available daily 9-5 to help with anything from activity and restaurant recommendations, to taxis, golf cart rentals and other services.

Other things to note
Our property is on an incline with small hill to climb to reach the front entrance. Everything is very walkable but guests with mobility issues may like to have a golf cart. Penthouse 101 is the easiest unit to access and the closest to the beach.

Cancellation Policy

90 days notice = 100% refund
30 days notice = 50% refund of reservation total
Less than 30 days notice = no refund but may apply payment to future available dates
