Villa Muy Bien – Casas Agave and Toscana
Villa Muy Bien is comprised of two homes on a single piece of property. Located on a hillside, the homes are adjacent but separate and private.
With eight bedrooms, five kitchens, ten bathrooms, and two pools Villa Muy Bien can accommodate a maximum of sixteen guests.
Located in the north end of Sayulita we have no rooster, heavy traffic, or street dogs to keep you awake at night. It is very quiet here, no restaurants or late night bars nearby. You’ll have a five minute stroll to the beach and ten to the village plaza. The walk is flat to both except for the last block which is a short up hill to our house.
Casa Agave, the larger of the two homes, is located uphill from Casa Toscana and provides a view of the village, mountains, and the Pacific. Casa Agave has five bedrooms. On the pool level there are three bedrooms, two with king sized beds and one with a queen, each with private full bath. Each of the three bedrooms on the main floor open onto the lap pool. One floor down on a small courtyard is a fourth bedroom with two twin beds and private full bath. The main floor has a large kitchen, living, and dining areas. The living and dining areas open onto the pool as well. The fifth bedroom with king sized bed and private bath, is located on the second floor. This large suite has a full outdoor kitchen, sheltered living area and large patio with seating and sunning areas. On the third floor is a lounge with spectacular views of the Sayulita, the Pacific. Monkey Mountain and the Sierra Madre Mountains. The third floor lounge is equipped with a full kitchen and half bath.
Casa Toscana has two casitas. The upper, a two bedroom has one king size bed and one queen, each with private full bath. This casita has a large living/dining room, full indoor/outdoor kitchen, large covered patio adjacent to the pool, and spacious gardens. Both the living room and smaller bedroom open onto second floor balconies. The larger bedroom opens
onto the patio, pool and garden. The lower one bedroom casita has a queen size bed with private bath, a full kitchen and a living/dining room area adjacent to a private courtyard with a cozy covered reading nook.
Casa Agave – 5 Bedrooms
Living – Casa Agave is designed for casual entertaining with a comfortable living area opening onto the pool deck. A wall mounted 40-inch television with satellite includes U.S. and Canadian stations, a DVD player, and 50 plus DVDs. The television’s Bluetooth sound bar doubles as a speaker for your portable music devices.
Dining – The dining area looks onto the pool and patio, and offers ample room for dinner parties or casual gatherings. An additional dining area is available poolside.  All indoor areas are equipped with ceiling fans and air conditioning.
Kitchen – A fully-appointed kitchen features stainless steel appliances: stove and oven, dishwasher, large fridge and freezer, microwave, plenty of counter space, and two separate sinks each with purified water. Each kitchen is stocked with basic items including: salt,  pepper, olive oil, common spices, vinegar, Microdyne (to clean/soak vegetables), paper towels, etc.
Tequila Bar – At the end of the day, walk upstairs to the third floor Tequila Bar and enjoy remarkable views of Monkey Mountain, Sayulita, and the palm-lined Pacific while you enjoy a cool drink and watch the sun set. The Tequila Bar has its own fully functional kitchen, table and chairs, couches and half bath.
Bedrooms – For the privacy and convenience of our guests, each bedroom opens directly onto the private pool and is completely separate from the others.

This two bedroom poolside casita has a large living/dining room, full indoor/outdoor kitchen, large covered patio adjacent to the small splash pool and larger dunk pool, and spacious gardens. Both the living room and smaller bedroom open onto balconies.
Kitchen – A fully-appointed kitchen with stove/oven, fridge, microwave, plenty of counter space, and purified water. The pantry is stocked with basic items including: salt,  pepper, olive oil, common spices, vinegar, Microdyne (to clean/soak vegetables), paper towels, etc.

This one bedroom studio casita nicknamed the “Love Shack” (by previous guests) is perfectly designed for two.
