Villa Toscana 2 BR

From ancient Roman times, people moved to the beautiful hills of Tuscany to remove themselves from city life, escape the intrigue of politics, and embrace the idealized culture of the country. They enjoyed the beauty of nature and incorporated these elements into their villas.

Designed to evoke the ambience of Tuscany homes, Casa Toscana was completed in 2008. Earthy tones of warm terra-cotta, sand and burnt orange are mixed with stone. Spanish roof tiles, beamed ceilings and stucco walls are all integrated. Rooms that open onto outdoor living spaces displaying a wide variety of plants, colorful flowers and palms typical of a classic Tuscan garden.

Located in the north end of Sayulita we have no rooster, heavy traffic, or street dogs to keep you awake at night. It is very quiet here, no restaurants or late night bars nearby. You’ll have a five minute stroll to the beach and ten to the village plaza. The walk is flat to both except for the last block which is a short uphill to our house.

Casa Toscana’s Two Bedroom Casita

Our two bedroom poolside casita has a large living/dining room, full indoor/outdoor kitchen, large covered patio adjacent to the small splash pool and larger shared dunk pool, and spacious gardens. Both the living room and smaller bedroom open onto balconies with views of the village.

Kitchen – A fully-appointed kitchen with stove/oven, fridge, microwave, plenty of counter space, and purified water. The pantry is stocked with basic items including: salt,  pepper, olive oil, common spices, vinegar, Microdyne (to clean/soak vegetables), paper towels, etc.

Bedroom 1

• King size bed
• Full bath with double sinks and private toilet & shower areas.
• Air conditioning and ceiling fan
• Bi-fold doors opening onto the pool deck and patio

Bedroom 2

• Queen size bed
• Bath with shower
• Bi-Fold doors opening onto balcony

* Guests with small children are welcome to utilize our Pack’n Plays, big wheel strollers, and highchairs at no charge.
