Villa Valentin is set in the peaceful tranquility of the jungle overlooking the Pacific Ocean and it is the unique private destination for weddings, group retreats & escapes in this colorful, Mexican surfing town. Have exclusive use to all our facilities and property with 24 hour staff, free house keeping, security and our complimentary Villa Valentin Tropical breakfast by renting the entire property. Lie poolside and order freshly made juices, cocktails or a nice cold beer from our bar tender. We also provide free scheduled shuttles into town.

Guest access
You will have access to the whole property exclusively with multiple indoor and outdoor kitchens, shared saltwater pool and bar. All the casita’s, and casa are equipped with an outdoor lounge, great views, and an indoor lounge with TV if you want to relax indoors. Exercise in our fitness palapa equipped with Swiss Ball, TRX, strength bands and CX works straps.

Request an onsite massage our massage palapa or even request a private chef to prepare a meal while you relax. Our staff will be more than happy yo arrange any of these services for you.

Our helpful staff
The general manager of Villa Valentin will greet and check you in and is regularly onsite to assist you with any special requests or questions. There is also a bar tender, shuttle driver, daily housekeeper and 24 hour security personal.

The neighborhood
From the moment you arrive at Villa Valentin you will feel the magic of Sayulita and relax in our tropical, lush jungle surroundings with beautiful ocean views. You have the privacy and seclusion for your Sayulita experience, but you are a mere, 2 minute, free shuttle ride to downtown Sayulita. Sayulita is a gorgeous, boho-chic, surfing town with a great vibe, friendly people and a lot going on. So many great beaches to explore, activities and water sports to try out. The streets are bound with little markets, taco stands, great restaurants and bars all for your enjoyment.

Getting around
If you are flying into Puerto Vallarta airport (the closest international airport to us) it is a 45 minute drive to us. Villa Valentin can arrange a transfer for you with a great local company who will provide you with free margaritas, beer and water on arrival, or use your included travel exclusion vouchers from Discover Sayulita for this service. Both Villa Valentin arranged shuttles, or Discover Sayulita arranged shuttles can stop at the supermarket on the way up to Sayulita. Villa Valentin provides an amazing complimentary, daily breakfast served poolside and their free shuttles can take you to town whenever you are ready to explore, grab a drink or listen to music. Villa Valentin can assist in arranging a golf cart to explore the town, or use your Discover Sayulita discount vouchers to receive a discounted cart rental.

Rules and additional information

Villa Valentin has a 5 night minimum stay policy during low and high season, and a 7 night minimum stay policy during the holidays.
Check in is anytime after 11AM
Smoking is only permitted outside, not inside the Casa or Casitas.
When the whole property is booked you have exclusive use of our property. Additional guests may be invited by you, but this must be discussed with management prior to your stay.
There is security personal on the property 24 hours a day for your own comfort.
Daily housekeeping is offered at no additional charge.
Your complimentary breakfast is served poolside every morning. Please advise of any dietary restrictions.
Free high speed internet is available throughout the entire property.
All rooms have air conditioning and wall fans.
Management is onsite at all times to assist you with anything you need.
We offer free transfers into Sayulita and back (2 minute drive).

Cancellations
If cancellation is made 30-90 days from arrival date, a 50% refund is given. No refund is given within 30 days of arrival.

What is check-in/check-out time?
Typical check-out time is at 11:00 a.m. and check-in is from 2:00 p.m. A later check-out is available on request.

Does my reservation include breakfast?
Yes, it includes the Villa Valentin tropical breakfast served poolside, which consists of fresh local fruits, yoghurt, homemade cereals, a selection of breads, pastries, tea, coffee and freshly squeezed fruit juices.

Do you have safes in the villas?
Yes, all of our casita’s and the villa offer safes for your convenience, though instances of theft are non-existent at Villa Valentin.

Do you have air conditioning?
Yes, all of our sleeping quarters offer air conditioning and fans

Do you have a pool and bar?
Yes, we have an outdoor pool, with children’s area, outdoor shower and bar facility.

What is the power supply in Mexico?
The power supply is 127 V with a 60 Hz Frequency. The power socket is a type A/B

Do you have Wifi?
Yes, we have high-speed wifi free for all of our guests to use.

Do you have TV’s and telephones?
We have a TV in the main villa. There are no landline phones in the rooms. We have good cell phone coverage and our high-speed internet connection allows for digital calls such as Skype, Facetime, Viber etc.
