Growing up as a kid Carinne always had lots of creative energy. Sowing dresses for her dolls and dreaming of fairies and mermaids. In high school she started making really simple sead bead necklaces that friends and schoolmates would buy from her.

When studying for college, Carinne worked weekends at BIDZ, a bead store on St-Denis street in Montreal, Canada. The owner; Anne Marie taught her all the basics and fundamentals required for her journey in jewlery design. After completing her studies in Restaurant management, Haute-Couture and Jewlery design in Montreal, she worked in the service industry where her creations were a hit with the fashion consious servers and co-workers. It wasn’t long before a few boutique owners had noticed her designs and requested her creations for sale in store.

It was an inspiration to see her work mixed among the beautiful clothing these boutiques would sell.
